Our Returns Policy

We’re all about making your exchange experience as delightful as possible! You can exchange any eligible goodies within 14 days of receiving them! We love helping you refresh your lingerie wardrobe,

but please note:

Knickers, Bodysuits, and Final Sale Items:

Due to hygiene and promotional reasons, these items are too special to be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.

All Other Underwear & Bodysuits:

We want to ensure the highest standard of hygiene for all our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any underwear or bodysuits that have been worn or are not in their original sealed packaging, unless they are faulty.

General Return Conditions:

For all other items, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges! To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and snugly in their original packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are eager to help you find a perfect replacement or exchange. Follow These 3 Cute Steps to Swap:

Step One

Initiate Your Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, kindly inform us by dropping an email at support@fairyberry.com.au Please return the items to us within 14 days of delivery, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

*Please keep in mind that all sales become final after 14 days.

Step Two

Send Us the Item

Upon receiving our return address, kindly send the return package to us. It is recommended to utilize a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are unable to assume liability for items lost in transit.

*We do not accept returns sent to a Post Office.

Step Three

Finalizing Your Exchange

Upon receiving your package, we'll get in touch via email to confirm and organize your exchange. You'll most likely receive a Gift Card equivalent to the value of the item you returned, which you can use to find the perfect new size or style on our website.

If you encounter a flaw in your garment (and we sincerely hope you don’t), please contact us immediately through email or chat with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re here to help swiftly, but keep in mind this does not cover normal wear and tear. For optimal care, please review our maintenance guidelines. It's important to notify us before returning any items; without prior notification, we cannot process your refund and will have to return the items to you.
