At Fairyberry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 21 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging, to be eligible. To start your return, please contact our customer service team. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Exchanges
Received something not quite right? We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability. Please report any defective or incorrect items to our customer service promptly to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For approved cases, Fairyberry will handle the shipping fees.
Refund Processing
We process refunds to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item is received, ensuring that it meets our return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, certain products, including those marked specifically on our site, along with underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, unless defective, are not eligible for return or exchange.
